Saturday Snapshots

Often, I take breaks from grading and play dress up in my closet. With my iPhone, I snap photos of the outfits that I like. That way, I can revisit those outfits in case I forget what they were, and, if I'm being honest, I know that my brain is my of Swiss cheese. It's unlikely that I'll remember all of my outfit combinations.

Anyway, I thought I'd share some of my combinations with you :)

First, I'd like for you to meet my grading buddy.

Okay, okay. Here are the outfits. I forgot to take a picture of the first one, which might have been my favorite.

At first, I had on just the skirt and shirt. It seemed boring, so I added this cardigan. Purple and yellow are complementary colors, so this combination works...in my humble opinion.

 I have yet to wear this navy skirt even though I really like it. 

I'm a big fan of pairing it with this flannel. 

 I tried a different look with the navy skirt. 

I wanted to make use of this shirt from Good Will.

 I wanted to dress down this dress, which I love, so I paired it with a chunky sweater. 

 I forgot how well fitting this polka dot dress is. Why haven't I been wearing it? It's perfect for work, and how fun is it with these mint additions?

Last but not least is my handmade scarf from Momma. 

The lighting is terrible, so you may or may not be able to tell that it's hunter green.

I've finished a lot of grading, but I still have a long way to go.
